Soul Workshops

Over the years I have come to realise the urgings, whispers and wisdom that I feel within, flow from an organic process of higher energies. I call these higher energies "Astar" a group of Light beings that inspire my soul and remind me all is connected.

When I connect with Astar I connect with my soul/spirit/higher self, my essence, here I realise all from a higher perspective, seeing and feeling the bigger picture, allowing information to flow from beyond the veil of my personality.... my perception shifts as I see and feel the rainbow of light that flows through everyone and all things, reminding me that at the heart of all things is love.

Denise was inspired to design these experiential, fun days to coincide with
mystical dates.

We are expanding - go beyond, dream, feel, move and be who you are.
